Capacity Building Workshop in Conducting Trialogue to Support the Thailand Ecosystem Assessment

Training on Trialogue Meetings to Support National Ecosystem Assessment (NEA)  

Held from January 17-19, 2024 at the Novotel Hotel, Phuket, the team was led by the Project Director, Prof. Padermsak  Jarayabhand, the Project Manager, Dr. Petch Manopawitr, and the lead authors: Prof.  Suvaluck Satumanatpan, Assoc. Prof. Narumon Arunothai, Assoc. Prof. Orapan Na Bangchang, and others.

The team learned techniques for introducing new processes through questioning and role-playing, learned about trialogue meetings from other countries, and identified key policy questions for improving the assessment and management of marine biodiversity and ecosystem services in Thailand.
