Wipada Lalitpattarakit has been graduated her bachelor’s and master’s degree from marine science, Chulalongkorn University. Wipada worked as a supporting consultant on Rig to Reef : phase 2 project which was under Petroleum Institute of Thailand (PTIT). She worked as a research assistant on a Preliminary Study on Offshore Marine Biodiversity: A Case Study of Retired Petroleum Platforms in the Gulf of Thailand supported by Thailand Science Research and Innovation (TSRI). She has an experience which related about Thailand’s Marine National Interest and State of Marine and Coastal Resources and Coastal Erosion of Thailand. In 2017, she was an assistant program officer at Thailand Environment Institute and worked on Thailand National State of Ocean and Coast project supported by Partnerships in Environmental Management for the Seas of East Asia (PEMSEA). She has been involved in training program on The IFLOS Summer Academy 2018 at the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea (ITLOS) in Hamburg, Germany.
